With its user-friendly and instinctive interface, our CarPlay interface makes it easy to use many of your iPhone's apps, including Apple Maps, Google Maps, Waze, Tidal, Spotify, Podcasts, Messages, WhatsApp and more all on your car's native dashboard screen. We’ve also listened to your needs and given you the option to connect your iPhone wirelessly with your car. 1. Messages

Reading and writing is now listening and dictating.

Siri can read, reply, and send text messages for you, so you never have to look at your iPhone while driving. Just say "Siri, tell Blair 'll be there in 20 minutes," and it's done. CarPlay can also play audio messages through the car's speakers.

2. USB multimedia and charging port

Our CarPlay solution comes with a USB port. It lets you charge your iPhone on longer drives, or you can use it for playing videos and music on your Audi Screen from a USB thumb drive.

3. Full-Screen Mode---Big Screen

LEADSIGN CarPlay interface lets you use all your favorite CarPlay-compatible iPhone apps on the original VW Touareg RCD550 Radio system in full-screen. The retrofit's 1280x480 resolution for big screens and 800x480 resolution for small screens look great on all screen sizes.

The Full-Screen mode also includes a Screen Mirroring option, which lets you cast the screen of your mobile device onto the VW Touareg RCD550 monitor, and stream audio through the car speakers. iPhones mirror wirelessly, while Android phones require a cable connection.

Please note that mirroring of some apps or content using the Screen Mirroring feature may be blocked due to the copyright-holder's DRM. LEADSIGN is not responsible for the continued compatibility of any third-party apps with our CarPlay Interface.

4. Easy control with Knob and steering wheel buttons

To navigate the CarPlay apps, you can use Siri (with a press of the voice command button), the Knob controller or even the steering wheel buttons.

5. Android Auto support

The kit contains a Multimedia Video Interface —Volkswagen Touareg 7P RCD550 wireless Apple CarPlay retrofit module that also adds Android Auto https://www.android.com/auto/to your Volkswagen Touareg 7P RCD550 radio system. So if you have family members or friends with Android smartphones, connecting their devices will be a breeze too!

Access all your content from your Apple Music subscription and additional audio apps using your car's built-in controls. Search by artist, album, or song. See what's playing and what's up next. You can ask Siri to play your favorite song by Arcade Fire, act as your personal DJ, or stream one of more than 100,000 live radio stations.

7. High-quality audio with an equalizer

The audio output circuit in the LEADSIGN CarPlay Interface has been specifically selected to squeeze all the quality we can out of the Volkswagen Touareg AUX input, providing great audio quality for music, streaming and calls.

►Play music through the Audi stereo system with the help of the AUX input. If you don’t have an AUX port, we can code your car to enable the input;
